Command Center

InControlWare® Command Center provides operational staff with tools to manage system resources, monitor system status and review operating statistics in real-time from any PC on your network. Utilizing intuitive operator displays and reports, Command Center is able to provide your key associates with a comprehensive Operational and Supervisory view of your system.

Support Center

InControlWare® Support Center provides a set of valuable, intuitive tools for the maintenance and support organizations. View Center

View Center offers a 3-D view of your facility with a real-time presentation of alarms and equipment status. New staff associates can find their way to a location quickly and easily. Using the drag and drop alarm feature, the display will automatically focus on the source of the alarm pointing associates in the right direction when issues arise.

Remote Access

The ability to stay mobile and informed is crucial to achieving true operational efficiency. The freedom of wireless connections allows users to stay in-touch with key operational data through the use of a laptop or tablet PC. All of the user interface applications supplied with an InControlWare® system use Ethernet connectivity for wireless access from virtually anywhere.

Databases and Historical Data

InControlWare® systems utilize a series of SQL databases that hold reference and historical data. Project specific configuration data, project reference materials, and security data are held in these databases. Historical data can be captured for Pick Modules, Merges, Induction, Sorters, Scanners and Devices and used for more extensive performance analysis.

Interfaces

InControlWare® has successfully integrated real-time and batch interfaces with most major WMS systems such as Manhattan, Red Prairie and with any number of proprietary systems. Pick-to-light systems and AS/RS systems are easily included in solutions provided by Intelligrated®. In-motion scales have been used for package and pick verification as well as for data collection.
