In addition, our 1.0 in. (25.4mm) thickness ensures maximum height unit loads in trailers. The HuskyLite® Bulk Pallet has the required stiffness along with superior impact resistance compared to structural foam pallets in use today. This was accomplished by combining high-pressure injection molding expertise with a specially compounded co-polymer polypropylene resin The key difference is the 2-piece pallet design, without separate connectors, that behaves like a 1-piece pallet providing tremendous durability and eliminating repair costs. In addition, the easily washed flow-through design for the top deck and columns significantly reduces traps that can collect water and debris.
