Toyota Warranties Provide Peace of Mind

Toyota Material Handling, U.S.A., Inc. offers the following Extra Care Extended Warranty Program administrated by Toyota Material Handling, U.S.A. for all Toyota Products with or without planned maintenance programs.

Several plans to choose from to include:

• Carriage to Counterweight
• Powertrain
• 3 Years to 5 years (1 additional year to 3 additional years)

Deductible is $100 per claim unless otherwise specified

Toyota's warranty covers the following components:

1. Internal Combustion Trucks

• Engine (excluding all accessories)
• Powershift and standard transmission (excluding dry friction clutch and components)
• Differential
• Drive axle (excluding brake assembly)

2. Battery Powered Industrial Trucks (except TD, 6HB and 6TB Models)

• Drive motors (excluding brushes)
• Electronic (SCR/Transistor) control panel components
• Contactor panels (excluding contact tips and switches)
• Differential
• Drive Axle (excluding brake assembly)

Coverage

During the specified warranty period above, any defect in material or workmanship in any warranted item in a Toyota industrial truck shall be repaired or replaced at Toyota’s option without charge by any authorized Toyota Industrial Equipment dealer located within the continental United States.

Exclusions and Limitations

The warranties contained herein shall not apply or include any of the following:

A. Repair or replacement required as a result of: (I) accident, (ii) misuse or neglect, (iii) lack of reasonable and proper maintenance, (iv) repairs improperly performed or replacements improperly installed, (v) use of replacement parts or accessories not conforming to Toyota’s specifications which adversely affect performance and/or durability, (vi) alterations or modifications not recommended or approved in writing by Toyota and/or, (vii) wear or ingestion of dirt into engine or hydraulic system due to lack of appropriate maintenance in formal or severe service operation conditions, such as foundries, lumber yards, cement plants or other dusty or severe uses and (viii) deterioration of appearance items due to normal use or exposure.

B. Normal replacement of service items, such as tune-up parts, oil filters and air filters.

C. Normal maintenance service, such as engine tune-ups, fuel system cleaning, and wheel, brake and clutch adjustments.

D. Tires and tubes.

E. All batteries.

F. Options, accessories and/or attachments not manufactured by Toyota.

G. Vehicles operated outside the continental United States of America.

H. Warranty certificates for Canada and Mexico are attached.

I. Vehicles not registered in the Toyota warranty system
