Build Your Own Flow Cell

  1. Posts:

    Vertical 4 (min) per cell. Punched 1" o.c. Available 3ft-7ft in 6" increments. Posts ship with foot plate. Casters (optional) are 4" diameter - rigid or swivel.

  2. Beams:

    Horizontal, front, back, and side beams are interchangeable. Available 1ft - 8ft in 6" increments. Beams ship with end plates ready to bolt to posts.

  3. Span-Track®:

    Full-width roller flow track drops into cell structure. All Span-Track models are easy to insert or reposition within Flow Cell. Different track models can be intermixed in a single cell. With Span-Track you get superior flow backed by the UNEX Seven Year Platinum Warranty.

  4. Bench:

    Galvanized steel workbench. Available in 12" or 18" deep. Sized to match cell width.

  5. Add-On Tray:

    Angles product 30° toward picker to maximize view and access. Available in 12" or 15" deep. Sized to match cell width.

  6. Overhead Tool Bar:

    Roll formed strut channel. Attach tools, lighting, and accessories. Sized to match cell width.

The Tilted Pick Shelf model of the UNEX Flow Cell is a simple and effective tool for improving pick rates. It is a complete unit including posts, beams, and "drop-in" tilted shelf. Ideal for line side storage and parts picking, the shelf is angled at 22° for improved view and access of picks. The Flow Cell Tilted Pick Shelf offers standard accessories of casters, label holders and workbench. Flow Cell is backed by a Seven Year Platinum Warranty
