UNEX Gravity Conveyor with treated ends brings superior flow and "drop-in" ease to applications that go beyond the capacities of standard carton flow. Workstations

Gravity Conveyor sections are well suited for use in Flow Cell" workstations and similar line side storage applications, where metal parts, steel totes or abusive handling is present. The all steel design of the conveyor frames and steel rollers tolerate these extreme handling conditions.

Pick Conveyor

Gravity Conveyor can also be used in front of rack to function as a pick or take-away conveyor. Can use standard floor supports or be rack mounted with brackets.

• Gravity Skatewheel Conveyor is ideally suited to convey light weight packages and where operations require portable or temporary conveyor lines such as warehousing or shipping areas
• 1-3/8" diameter Gravity Roller Conveyor is ideally suited to convey light weight packages and where operations require portable or temporary conveyor lines such as warehousing or shipping areas

Stops and Guard Rails

• Package Stop - "Dead" type package stops are simply placed on skatewheel or 1-3/8" dia. roller
• Fixed Angle End Stop - Angle End Stop mounts to end of conveyor and bolts to top flange of conveyor side channels. Available in all standard conveyor widths
• Guard Rail - All guard rails available for one or both sides
• All Guard Rails are shipped loose for field mounting

Gates

Gravity gates are available for Skatewheel, 1-3/8" and 1.9" dia. roller conveyors. They provide a means for personnel or equipment to pass through your conveyor line. They are available in plain hinge or spring assisted versions. Spring assisted are adjustable to provide minimal weight when lifting.
